What is FFM?
- FFM is an integrated platform whose membership consists of local businesses and individuals. Members can either supply and/or demand services as required. FFM act as an agent to these transactions and as a principal.

How is the FFM financed?
- Income revenue comes from a small levy operation carried out. Depending on the service being offered, 5% is charged as commission or facilitation fee for the job.

What areas are covered by FFM?
- As a guide FFM covers all provinces or regions or counties in an country that we operate in.

Who can join the FFM?
- FFM is open to all farmers, contractors, self-employed workers, advisers, hire firms and any business offering or demanding services related to agricultural businesses. Non-farming business are now providing a growing part of our membership. Savings can be made on supplies such as fuel, fertiliser, chemicals, utilities and building supplies.

How does FFM operate?
- FFM has a database of Farmers and Service providers who self-register on the platform, but are rigorously vetted by our dedicated staff. Farmers place jobs on the platform and service providers bid for a chance to service that job. Farmers then go on to select the most suitable service provider for the Job and make a payment. The payment is held in escrow by FFM until the job is completed according to initially agreed terms. Only upon successful completin of a job are the funds realeased to the service provider.

Can I make a demand at short notice?
- FFM can act as an insurance policy in case of machinery breaking down, staff illness or an empty fuel tank. Our database allows us to search for suppliers using map co-ordinates, this means we can find a supplier as close to the demander as possible. FFM has got its own equipment hence is also able to cover for any breakdowns.

What other services can FFM offer?
- As well as machinery and labour, FFM also offer a wide range of additional services such as sourcing farm supplies including fuel, fertiliser, building materials and utilities. Training is also a rapidly growing part of our business. In the future we are going to add more services.
